Small-Batch Bordeaux Blends from Paso Robles
At Sixmilebridge, we craft fine wines from noble Bordeaux grape varieties, grown on our organically farmed vineyards in the Adelaida District of Paso Robles. Every decision—whether in the field, the cellar, or the tasting room—is guided by thoughtfulness and a deep respect for place and story.

Your Place to Pause and Savor
Tucked among the vine rows and native plantings of Peachy Canyon, our tasting room offers a quiet, unhurried setting to explore our Bordeaux blends. Seated tastings are personal and welcoming, with space to slow down, savor, and connect over wines that reflect the land they come from.

Premium Bordeaux Blends, Grown in Paso Robles
Our focus is singular: small-batch Bordeaux blends from our organically farmed estate. Each wine is a reflection of our low-intervention approach and our rugged vineyard soils—balanced, savory, and built to age. Demand is strong and vintages are limited, which means these wines are best experienced in the tasting room while they’re still available.

The Legend
Our story starts with the path of a bullet that once passed through a priest’s hat in a village in County Clare, Ireland. That through-line spans centuries and continents, ending here, in our corner of Peachy Canyon, among the vines.

The Craft
At Sixmilebridge, we craft wines that honor both Bordeaux tradition and Paso Robles terroir. Our low-intervention approach lets the fruit speak, while early picking and thoughtful blending bring out elegance, structure, and age-worthiness. We farm what we make. We make what we believe in.

The Land
Our vineyards sit high in the Adelaida District of Paso Robles, where coastal winds, dramatic elevation, and pink limestone soils create the ideal conditions for expressive Bordeaux blends. From the beginning, we’ve farmed organically and with intention—because great wine starts in living soil.
