Visit Sixmilebridge: A Paso Robles Wine Tasting Destination

Peachy Canyon Road is noted for its many ultra premium Paso Robles wineries. Our tasting room is a refuge hewn from Corten steel, Ipe wood, and limestone, its interior paneled in cedar and reflecting the natural colors of Paso Robles. Tucked amidst the vine rows, it is surrounded by native plantings. In these serene surroundings, we extend the warmest of welcomes.

Guided Wine Tastings

Welcome to our tranquil corner of Peachy Canyon. We look forward to hosting you in our intimate tasting room or on our patio, where we will guide you through a comparative tasting of a flight of wines. Or, join us in our Reserve Room for a sensory journey, comparing wines and barrel selections with an array of aromatic spice and fruit profiles. We limit our capacity and assign a personal wine educator to each party to ensure that your experience will be unhurried and immensely gratifying.

If you prefer a more languorous experience, relax on our deck, shaded by an ancient coast live oak. We offer bottle service here, allowing your group to savor a single wine. We allow picnics at the tables on our patio or deck (email us prior to your visit for lunch take-out or delivery recommendations). As with all of our experiences, advance reservations are required to ensure your time with us is exceptional.

SixmileEstate Flight

With your personal wine host, learn about and taste our limited-production wines in a flight format, allowing for a nuanced overview of our estate-grown, Bordeaux-inspired wines. 

Approximate appointment duration 1 hour.
Tasting Fee is $30 per person and includes 5 wines.
1 tasting fee will be waived with every 3 bottles of wine purchased.

SixmileBottle Service

As always, we welcome you to our oak terrace for bottle service. While reservations are encouraged, we do accept walk-in appointments based on available table space. We don’t have a kitchen onsite, but you are welcome to bring provisions to enjoy at your table.

Curious how glassware impacts your perception of wine? Different wine varieties have different characters and flavor profiles. The size and shape of whatever vessel you use – whether that’s a wine glass or plastic cup – will alter the way your senses perceive the wine. Explore a tasting utilizing Riedel varietal specific stemware for a more in-depth exploration.

Tasting Fee is $50 per person and includes 3 wines in 2 stems each

SixmileSenses

Dive deeper into our flight-style tasting, exploring varied barrel selection and vintage offerings.  Accompanied by a sensory table and a grazing board, this experience allows for a more educational approach to wine tasting and how flavors are expressed on your palate.

Tasting Fee is $65 per person and includes 6 wines.

Expanded Sixmilebridge Experiences

Enhance your SixmileExperience by joining in on communal tours and tastings. Led by senior members of our winery and tasting room teams, these bookings allow for a glimpse behind the curtain in our vineyard and production facility.

SixmileBarrel Tasting

Start by tasting wine straight from the barrel to explore its developing flavors. Then compare this with a flight of current bottlings, showcasing the finished wines’ depth and character.

As part of the tour, enjoy a curated wine flight accompanied by a selection of charcuterie delights.
