Questions and Policies
What if I don’t see a reservation around the time I’m available?
If you don’t see a reservation time that works for you, give us a call at (805) 239-5844.
Why do you use pre-paid reservations instead of regular reservations?
At Sixmilebridge, in order to foster an intimate environment and personal experience for all our guests, we adhere to a one host to one party policy. In this way, you will have the undivided attention of one of our tasting room hosts from the time you arrive until the time you depart. Since this policy limits the reservations we can book, we ask for pre-paid reservations. If you are unable to make your reservation, we require a six hour notice for full refund. We will allow rescheduling of your reservation up to two hours prior to your reservation, subject to availability.
Can I book a larger party reservation?
While we don’t typically host large groups (more than six), exceptions may be made on a case by case basis. Please give us a call at (805) 239-5844.
Do you accept walk-in groups?
While we adhere to a one host to one party policy, we are able to host walk in tastings based on current staff availability. If we are not available for a full hosted tasting, wine can be purchased by the glass or by the bottle.
Can we bring a picnic?
Yes, we welcome outside food to enjoy during your visit. We just ask that you let us know that you are planning to do so and to please enjoy your picnic before or after your tasting experience.
Is Sixmilebridge pet friendly?
With the exception of reservations in our Reserve Room and for the Vines & Views experience, we welcome furry friends and all well behaved pets in the tasting room and on our patio on leash or carrier. Please be respectful of fellow tasters and pick up after your pet!
Are children welcome at Sixmilebridge?
Traveling with children? Let us know so we can try to provide some fun for them and we ask that they are seated with you for the duration of your visit. When making your reservation please book the total number of tasters in your group and specify any non-drinkers and children with your group in the provided pre-questionnaire.
