The 2019 Incantation’s deep garnet color reveals aromas of spicy blackberry, cocoa, star anise, and rolling tobacco. Densely packed flavors of black plum, currant, sandalwood, and cinnamon intermingle on the mid-palate that evolves to layered, and slightly chewy tannins on the lingering finish.

Fermentation: Destemmed and cold soaked for 5 days with twice daily pump-overs.
8-day fermentation with a mix of deléstages, pump-overs and punchdowns for cap management.
13-day total maceration.
